    • Assist with payroll accounting, general ledger reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities
    • Research and resolve payroll questions from employees, managers, and HR partners
    • Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting to support payroll operations and improve processes
    • Stay current on payroll regulations and industry best practices

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
    • Experience with Workday Payroll
    • Experience with ADP SmartCompliance, payroll reporting, and payroll analytics
    • Experience processing payroll from start to finish with a high degree of accuracy
    • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) highly preferred
    • Experience using payroll systems and timekeeping platforms
    • Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and payroll compliance
    • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    What Makes You Successful

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Takes ownership and accountability for their work
    • Enjoys solving payroll and compliance challenges
    • Delivers exceptional customer service to employees and business partners
    • Builds strong relationships across HR, Finance, and Accounting
    • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
    • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
