    Job description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Working under the direct supervision of the Business Intelligence Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel, performing advanced data analysis and trend identification, and proactively deriving insights to support the business needs and supporting with lead generation activity.

    The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

    Advanced Technical Support & Application Engineering

    • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Analytics Studio, or similar platforms.
    • Utilize internal and external data sources to identify and validate potential leads aligned with ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, providing Business Development Representatives with high-quality prospect data to support targeted business development efforts.
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders to support sales incentive compensation calculations, performance measurement, and annual sales goal planning processes.
    • Develop AI and Machine learning driven forecasting models to support strategic planning and business performance improvement.
    • Analyze prospecting activities, campaign performance, customer engagement data, and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities for pipeline growth.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and data management.
    • Gather and analyze data to help management evaluate potential business growth opportunities and/or performance of existing initiatives
    • Explore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing team members and collecting quantitative data. Use data modeling techniques to identify ways in which the organization can operate more effectively

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Up to 10% travel based on customer demand, within the Americas

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, or Economics
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau
    • 3 years of experience with data manipulation
    • Experience with AI analytics tools
    • The Individual must be comfortable navigating and leveraging ambiguous data environments (i.e., reaching out to internal stakeholders, communicating the desired ask, pull data, data mine etc.). The team member must be able to leverage data for insights development and distill succinct insights consistent with broader communications

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $72,800/yr and $100,100/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions based on achieving individual performance and/or sales metrics, incentive compensation and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
