Mittera is looking for a Machine Operator to join our growing team! The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture trading cards. This position ensures machines run safely and efficiently while meeting quality, production, and packaging standards. · Operate and monitor printing, cutting, sorting, collating, and packaging machinery. · Set up machines according to production orders, specifications, and job requirements. · Load paper, card stock, inks, packaging materials, and other production supplies. · Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain product quality. · Inspect trading cards for print quality, alignment, cutting accuracy, color consistency, and defects. · Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or equipment issues to maintenance personnel. · Complete machine changeovers between different card designs or production runs. · Maintain accurate production counts and complete required production paperwork. · Keep the work area, machinery, and equipment clean and organized. · Follow all safety procedures, quality-control requirements, and company policies. · Package and label finished trading-card products as required. · Work with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. · Perform other production duties as assigned.
