Als Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) sind Sie ein zentraler Business Partner für das lokale und europäische Produktionsmanagement und unterstützen die Steuerung unserer deutschen Produktionsstandorte. Mit fundierten Analysen schaffen Sie Transparenz über Kosten, Ergebnisse und operative Kennzahlen und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu nachhaltigen Ergebnisverbesserungen und fundierten Managemententscheidungen.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsverantwortlichen identifizieren Sie Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenziale, entwickeln konkrete Maßnahmen und begleiten deren Umsetzung. Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und Produktion beraten Sie das Management bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen und gestalten die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktionscontrollings und der eingesetzten Controlling-Instrumente aktiv mit. In dieser Funktion berichten Sie an den Teamleiter Operatives Controlling Deutschland in Berlin.
