As our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-up calls
- Coordinate provider schedules and support efficient clinic operations
- Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork
- Check patients in and out and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and office documentation
- Manage inventory and track hearing aid orders, repairs, and deliveries
- Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and patient retention activities
- Ensure the office is organized, professional, and patient-ready each day

Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of front desk, reception, scheduling, or administrative experience
- Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, hearing healthcare, or other healthcare office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling a plus
- Must have strong computer and data entry skills

Compensation
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
