Patient Care Coordinator

This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our clinic operate efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-up calls
• Coordinate provider schedules and support daily clinic operations
• Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork
• Check patients in and out and collect payments
• Maintain patient records and office documentation
• Track hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory
• Support patient retention efforts and local outreach activities
• Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and patient-focused

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Medical, dental, vision, hearing healthcare, chiropractic, or healthcare office experience preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification is a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills

Compensation

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity
