What You'll Do
Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Help patients navigate their hearing healthcare journey
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
Keep the Practice Running Smoothly
- Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars
- Confirm appointments and conduct patient outreach calls
- Manage patient records and documentation
- Verify insurance and process claims
- Collect payments and maintain financial records
- Monitor office supplies and hearing aid inventory
Support Practice Growth
- Conduct patient retention and follow-up calls
- Assist with community outreach and marketing events
- Track inquiries and patient leads
- Help keep schedules full and productive

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical office, healthcare administration, patient coordination, front desk, or customer service experience required
- Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient flow preferred
- Experience verifying insurance and handling patient records preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to travel between Franklin Square and East Meadow locations
- Hearing healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 32-40 hours per week
- No weekends
Location
- Franklin Square: 3 days per week
- East Meadow: 1 day per week
Must be able to travel between both offices.
Compensation
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Pay based on experience and qualifications.
