At Beltone Hearing Care Center, we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to become the heart of our practice.
As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll create a positive experience that helps people take the first step toward better hearing and a better quality of life.
This is more than a front desk position. You'll build relationships, support patients through their hearing healthcare journey, and play an important role in helping our practice grow and succeed.

Schedule
Full-Time | 36 Hours Per Week
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: Half Day
- No Weekends

Compensation
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with appointments and questions
- Create a welcoming and positive office environment
- Help patients feel supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey
Scheduling & Office Coordination
- Manage provider schedules and patient appointments
- Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up and retention calls
- Coordinate daily office flow to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain patient records and documentation
Administrative & Insurance Support
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Assist with inventory management and hearing aid tracking
- Complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Practice Growth & Patient Relationships
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Support patient outreach and retention efforts
- Assist with community events, marketing activities, and educational programs
- Help maintain a productive and thriving practice

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical office, healthcare administration, medical receptionist, front desk, patient coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience scheduling appointments and interacting with patients
- Experience with insurance verification or medical office administration preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
