What You'll Do
- Assemble and install racks, tables, collection carts, robotic workstations, and material-handling equipment.
- Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of conveyor and automation systems.
- Measure and mark floors, install safety signage, and apply floor layouts following blueprints and diagrams.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete high-quality installations safely and efficiently.
- Perform material handling, staging, inventory, packing, and unpacking activities.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical instructions.
- Work alongside project teams to deliver fast-paced, high-impact installations nationwide.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in assembly, installation, construction, warehouse operations, or skilled labor.
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in physically demanding environments.
- Experience with conveyor systems, robotics, electromechanical equipment, PLCs, sensors, or electrical components is a plus.
