Job Requirements:
- Active Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
- Availability to work in Memphis, NY
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends
- Mondays 9am-1pm
- Wednesdays 5pm-9pm
- Thursdays 1pm-5pm
- Friday (every other) 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
- Saturdays 9am-1pm or 5pm-9pm
- Sunday (every other) 9am-1pm or 5pm-9pm
- Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
