About the Role

You'll lead a team of Service Coordinators responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality facilities maintenance services to clients across Australia.

Success in this role is about more than meeting KPIs—it's about building an engaged, high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Service Coordinators to achieve their full potential.
• Driving team engagement, accountability and performance through regular coaching and feedback.
• Managing workflow, scheduling and service delivery to achieve customer and contractual KPIs.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and customer experience.
• Analysing operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Supporting new client onboarding and implementing best-practice service delivery.
• Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration and operational excellence.
