Position Summary
Acts as the lead staff executive for one or more associations, partnering with volunteer boards to execute strategy and oversee operations.
Key Responsibilities
Board Leadership Prepare board meetings. Advise volunteer leaders. Implement board decisions. Operations Oversee budgets. Manage vendors. Supervise projects and staff. Client Success Serve as primary client contact. Identify strategic opportunities. Ensure exceptional service delivery. Required Qualifications 3–5+ years nonprofit or association leadership.
