Position Summary

Momentum is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to manage one of our premier territories based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven sales professional with established relationships in the hospitality and commercial interiors industry. The territory is heavily focused on the hospitality market and includes nationally recognized hospitality design firms, purchasing companies, hotel ownership groups, and leading corporate architecture and design firms.

The successful candidate will inherit an established territory while continuing to expand Momentum's leadership position through relationship-based selling, specification development, and exceptional customer service.

Position Purpose

Provide best-in-class service to hospitality designers, corporate architecture and design firms, purchasing companies, owners, dealers, and end users through exceptional product knowledge and consultative selling.

Develop specifications and drive profitable sales by introducing Momentum's innovative portfolio of textiles, wallcoverings, acoustical products, and architectural solutions while managing one of the company's most strategic hospitality territories.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitality designers, corporate architecture and design firms, purchasing companies, owners, dealers, and end users
• Grow specifications and increase sales through strategic account development and relationship-based selling
• Manage established territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation
• Schedule and conduct in-person client presentations, product launches, and sales meetings
• Develop expert knowledge of Momentum's textile, wallcovering, acoustical, and architectural product portfolio
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Leadership to deliver exceptional customer support
• Participate in local and national industry organizations including NEWH, IIDA, and other commercial design associations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solution-based recommendations
• Manage territory travel, scheduling, and business expenses effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience in commercial interiors, hospitality, or a related industry
• Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling contract textiles, wallcoverings, furniture, flooring, acoustical products, architectural products, or related commercial interior products preferred
• Established relationships within the Atlanta hospitality and commercial A&D community are highly desirable
• Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and developing specifications
• Active involvement in NEWH, IIDA, or other commercial design organizations preferred
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must reside in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area
• Ability to travel throughout territory with occasional overnight travel
