monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
We're building an AI-Native track inside our partner program - recruiting, activating, and scaling two kinds of partners: ISVs building AI agents on our platform, and delivery partners rebuilding their services motion around agentic workflows. This is an entrepreneurial build-and-run role: you'll stand up the track from a working proposal into an operating program, then own it day to day.
You'll report into Global Partner Programs and work closely with product, security, marketplace, and regional partner leadership to get this right - starting with a small pilot cohort before we open the track broadly. This is a senior individual-contributor role (for now) with high visibility to leadership; it is not a people-management position on day one, though it may grow into one as the track scales.
Own recruiting and qualification for both AI-Native sub-tracks - Build/ISV partners and AI-Delivery partners - against clearly defined technical and capability bars for each.
Design and run the activation path: sandbox/dev access, certification curricula, and enablement content that gets partners from signed up to genuinely capable.
Stand up and operate the quality and security review gate that every partner-built agent clears before it reaches a customer - partnering with security, legal, and product to define what "pass" means and keep the bar current as agents evolve.
Define and track the metrics that matter: apps published, certified reps active, pipeline sourced through the track, and time-to-activation - and report progress against them to program and company leadership.
Run the 90-day pilot cohort, capture what breaks in the process, and turn that into the version of the program that scales.
Integrate the AI-Native track into our existing partner ecosystem, rather than standing up parallel one.
Partner with marketplace/ISV teams on distribution, listing requirements, and revenue-share mechanics for Build track partners.
Partner with enablement, marketing, and regional partner leadership on co-sell motion, lead-share rules, and certification pathways for Delivery track partners.
Represent the voice of AI-Native partners internally - surfacing where product, policy, or process is getting in the way of good partners succeeding.
Stay current on how comparable platforms are evolving their own AI/agent partner programs, and bring back what's relevant.
5+ years in partner/channel/ISV programs, technology partnerships, or developer ecosystem roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Direct experience standing up or significantly reshaping a partner program or partner track from scratch - not just running an existing one.
Working fluently with how AI agents/apps actually get built and reviewed: you don't need to write the code, but you need to ask a technical partner sharp, credible questions about their agent's data handling, reliability, and behavior.
Comfort operating in ambiguity - this track doesn't have an established playbook yet, and you'll be writing a meaningful part of it.
Track record of cross-functional work with security, legal, product, and marketplace teams - this role sits at the intersection of all of them.
Strong program-management fundamentals: defining metrics, running a pilot, turning pilot learnings into a repeatable process.
Excellent written and verbal communication - you'll be translating between technical partners, internal engineering, and executive stakeholders regularly.
Experience specifically with ISV/marketplace partner programs (Salesforce AppExchange/Agentforce, ServiceNow Store, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, or similar).
Experience designing or operating a partner-facing certification program.
Background in security, trust & safety, or technical review processes for third-party software or AI systems.
Existing relationships in the AI/agent-builder partner ecosystem.
