As an Account Director, you’ll own the relationship portfolio of one of our biggest, high-profile clients, ensuring long-term success, exceptional service delivery, and profitable growth. You will understand the opportunity and value of technology to clients, directing teams, projects, and deliverables in line with a future-facing, AI-enabled offering that impacts the end-to-end delivery process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.
Own and grow key client relationships as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor.
Develop long-term relationship strategies aligned with client growth ambitions.
Identify and pursue commercial opportunities, ensuring healthy revenue and profitability.
Oversee the delivery of multiple, complex scopes of work, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
Translate client needs into clear briefs and scopes, balancing client value with business objectives.
Resolve complex client concerns and manage escalations professionally.
Partner with creative, operations, and finance teams to align client priorities with business capabilities.
Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to inform client decisions and internal planning.
Lead and mentor Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and commercial focus.
Language Skills: Professional-level fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required for managing this specific portfolio.
Client Leadership: Proven success in managing and growing high-value client relationships at a senior level.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities while ensuring profitability.
Operational Expertise: Skilled in scoping, budgeting, and delivering large, multi-market projects.
Team Management: Experience in developing and mentoring high-performing account teams.
Client-Obsessed: A deep curiosity for client businesses and a drive to deliver measurable growth.
Strategic & Insightful: Ability to use data and market trends to shape account strategy and unlock opportunities.
Collaborative Leader: Ability to inspire cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class client experience.
Comfortable with difficult but collaborative conversations both internally and externally.
Previous experience working within a fast-paced Marketing Services or Client Success environment.
