JOB PURPOSE
Based on the activities assigned by their superiors, fleet operatives load, unload and storematerials (machines, equipment, etc.).

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Meet and greet carriers Reception - Establish the entry of equipment on receipt, in the business tool (photos, receipt forms, certificates of conformity, equipment inventory, etc.) and transmit information to internal stakeholders - Understand and use documentation (delivery note, transport, etc.) - Carry out a visual conformity check of equipment on receipt (safety devices, damage, etc.) - Unload equipment or have it unloaded, and ensure that it is positioned correctly in the yard (storage, location, etc.) Output - Check compatibility with materials to be loaded and conformity of internal and external loading equipment (ramps, hitches, trucks, etc.) - Carry out a visual conformity check of equipment on exit (safety devices, damage, etc.) - Establish the release of materials in the business tool (release slips, etc.) and transmit information to internal stakeholders - Load materials or have them loaded Cleaning - Ensure the cleaning of its perimeter (equipment park, pit, etc.) - Manage and ensure sorting and removal (waste, scrap, etc.) in accordance with environmental regulations - Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure that the equipment fleet is properly maintained Ensure the flow of materials in and out of the plant - Ensure the proper compilation and transmission of entry and exit files for all employees materials - Ensure compliance of the workstation and tools provided - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, work clothing, procedures, etc.) - Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, cleaning, etc.) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) No prerequisites Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - Professional knowledge of equipment operation - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems Behavioral skill(s) - Rigor - Reactivity
