S&M INTERVENTION MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE
Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the S&M intervention manager is responsible for interventions within his/her scope.
He/she is the main contact for customers during the work execution phase.
He/she organizes and supervises an intervention team.

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Coordinate, optimize and control work (specific tools, estimates, authorizations, deadlines, etc.) - Contribute to the planning of external interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Validate and arbitrate complex diagnoses in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Check technical reports from intervention teams - Monitor internal and external outstandings within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Participate in the resolution of customer disputes within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Monitor and analyze performance indicators for its scope (cost, performance, intervention, etc.) and propose corrective action where necessary - Be a privileged contact for customers and monitor contractual commitments - Visit customer sites - Develop the volume of business within its perimeter, in collaboration with the teams commercial Security - Ensure the proper application of national safety policy within its scope (safety meetings, analysis of workplace accidents, prevention plans, etc.) - Organize and monitor the implementation of safety measures at high-risk sites (nuclear, SEVESO, ATEX, etc.) - Monitor the results of internal audits (environment, safety, production, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary Management - Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management - Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.) - Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) in collaboration with human resources teams - Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Guarantees conformity, quality and deadlines for interventions - Guarantees working conditions and the tools provided - Guarantees customer satisfaction within its scope of responsibility - Ensure compliance with the contractual framework - Support and ensure the performance of his/her team and perimeter - Know, apply and enforce health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, etc.) - Know, apply and strictly enforce environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 2 years' higher education in a technical field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - General knowledge of management - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Advanced elementary English (A2) Behavioral skill(s) - People skills - Analytical skills - Rigor - Active listening - Adaptability
