Monogram Health is seeking a full-time physician specializing in palliative care to join our team amid continued nationwide growth. This is an in‑market, field‑based position requiring residence within one of our approved territories. As an in‑market specialist, this physician will care for seriously ill patients in their community, including individuals with CKD/ESRD, COPD, and CHF. The Lead Palliative Care Physician will work closely with the Market Physician Executive (MPE) and primarily deliver care in the home.
Monogram Health physicians are quality-driven physicians who apply their clinical expertise in a managed care, population health context. They also engage in population health management in a sophisticated, outcomes-driven manner that promotes palliative care where clinically appropriate and focuses on patient quality of life, education, and shared-decision making.
The base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $340,000 and reflects the range of experience and qualifications we may consider. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location and job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and internal compensation considerations. While a larger range is posted, most offers will typically fall within a narrower band based on these factors.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for additional compensation, including bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
