Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global IT team as an IT Data Engineer and System Admin. The successful candidate will participate and co-lead system customization and development projects, to become expert in 1-2 systems as Lead System Admin for end-user supports. Qualified candidates will have hands-on technical experience with at least 2 of the core IT systems, namely Data Warehouse (Databricks preferred), CRM (MS Dynamics preferred), SCM, ERP, Boomi/EDI, Oracle Cloud (OCI).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with business system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Enable and support user adoption of business application and Data Warehouse solutions.

• Analyze, design, and develop or configure business systems to optimize business processes and workflows.

• Mange vendor communications, supervise external consultants, and collaborate with functional teams on business system enhancement projects.

• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices related to business application systems and cloud technologies.

• Own and manage technical designs, configurations, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

• Participate in multi-system data integration projects, develop data processes, and maintain the data warehouse.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related discipline

• 5+ years of hands-on IT system experience, especially with DW/ Databricks, CRM, SCM, ERP, Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud

• Experience in IT system technical ownership, from vendor communications to end-user supports

• Solid knowledge of data analytics, data/system integration, data warehousing, and data modeling

• Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000 annually.
