Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and perform reviews/tests of the Company’s system of internal controls and performance measures as it relates to inventory and other procedures.
- Develop recommendations to improve efficiencies and overall internal control in the inventory area.
- Monitor/test compliance with key controls identified in the Company’s Internal Control documentation for inventory and other store procedures.
- Initial store level focus on physical inventory variances, in transit discrepancies, direct store delivery purchases, outside parts purchases, cycle count adjustments and other Sarbox procedures.
