Extra Hours may be available and needed depending on workload Provides day to day supervision of production department associates in the fabrication/finishing area: assists production manager in planning and assigning work, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures and recommending improvements in production methods equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. Works to ensure material for orders are being processed to meet bot our internal and external customers needs regarding specifications and time.
