Backed by Y Combinator, FundersClub, and Transpose Platform, we're one of the fastest-growing AI startups and building an exceptional team in person that will shape the future of AI for financial institutions. ## About the Role We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help financial institutions bring AI into their day-to-day operations.

You'll work directly with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to deploy Monumint inside their organizations. You'll lead customer implementations, build integrations, adapt AI agents and workflows to each institution's unique processes, and solve complex technical challenges in production. You'll work closely with customers, the founders, and the engineering team, turning customer feedback into product improvements and helping define how AI is deployed across financial services. ## **What You'll Do** * Work directly with banks, fintechs, and lenders to deploy Monumint inside their organizations. * Design integrations and build solutions that transform how customers operate day-to-day. * Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to lead implementations and solve complex technical challenges. * Build integrations with platforms like Salesforce, nCino, Fiserv, Jack Henry, and other customer systems. * Represent Monumint at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events – part of the team travels to major conferences like Finovate, FintechMeetup, Money 2020. * Deliver fast, scrappy solutions that evolve into long-term systems used by thousands of customers. ## **What We're Looking For** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Product Management, Customer Success Engineering, or as a founder. * Strong generalist with experience in Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8. * Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI SDKs. * Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Resolve blockers, solve problems, and keep customer implementations moving forward. * Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership. ## Benefits & Perks * Competitive salary and meaningful equity packages. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Daily lunch stipend—order whatever you want. * Unlimited PTO and paid holidays. * Epic team offsites (e.g., NYC, Topgolf, Tahoe weekends). ## Compensation Salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
