Part-Time Student Marketing Assistant

Objective
The Marketing Assistant is to assist the marketing department in any and all projects including but not limited to: marketing campaign management, special events and broadcasts.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the development of email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Email production, execution, campaign reporting, analysis and ideation.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Perform related marketing tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work well under stress.
• Flexible schedule.
• Can confidently work with Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail oriented

This job operates partly in a professional office environment and partly off-site at various promotional events.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.) and promotional marketing equipment (tents, banners, sound equipment, etc.)

Employee must project an appropriate company image with respect to dress and demeanor and must be willing to work in a smoke-free environment.

This is a part-time student position with varied hours, including day, evening, weekends and possible holidays.
