    Business Development & Partnerships Manager/Specialist (Partnerships & KOL Collaborations, User Growth)

    We are seeking a results-driven, strategically-minded Business Development & Partnerships Manager/Specialist with a genuine passion for stock investing to spearhead user growth in the Singapore market through KOL collaborations and partnerships with financial industry peers and cross-industry brands. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing channel partners to elevate brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and maximize conversion rates. The ideal candidate brings solid stock investment knowledge and hands-on experience, established financial industry resources or cross-industry and investment KOL connections, a strong track record in partnership marketing, and a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with financial and cross-industry brands, as well as investment and finance KOLs, in alignment with the company's business direction, to drive user growth and business development.
    • Lead partnership negotiations and develop tailored proposals in alignment with company objectives, ensuring all collaborations deliver on business goals.
    • Guide partners in producing high-quality co-branded promotional content to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline partnership campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery while tracking and reporting on performance outcomes.
    • Leverage data analytics to refine partnership strategies, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and maximize ROI.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively explore new opportunities, and optimize partnership marketing initiatives. Support cross-functional channel marketing projects to contribute to overall business growth.

    Requirements

    • Established network of financial industry or cross-industry partnership resources and KOL connections, with hands-on customer acquisition experience and a proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
    • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in data analysis with the ability to track key performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Strong content marketing sensibility and hands-on trading experience.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong execution capabilities and fluent English communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment or fintech companies; partnership or KOL content marketing experience preferred.
