    • Partner with Finance and HR leadership to model workforce costs, organizational restructures, and compensation budget cycles.
    • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives and presentations for executive leadership and business partners.

    Operational Reporting and Insights

    • Support annual compensation and merit planning cycles by providing equity analysis and budget modeling support.
    • Continuously audit data hygiene, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure high-confidence reporting.

    Compliance, Governance, and Confidentiality

    • Ensure strict data privacy, security, and confidentiality controls are maintained across all employee records and analytics models.
    • Support workforce-related regulatory reporting, pay equity analysis, and audit support.

    Required Qualifications

    • 4+ years of specialized experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis; experience in construction or maritime industries preferred.
    • Advanced technical proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS reporting modules (UKG Pro or similar).
    • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and querying (SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, or R/Python preferred); experience with Python preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate technical data outputs into clear, strategic business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
