Key Responsibilities - Lead all maintenance activities across production equipment, utilities, and plant facilities - Run preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance programmes - Manage and develop a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians - Coordinate external contractors and ensure work is completed safely and effectively - Monitor equipment performance and investigate recurring reliability issues - Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve uptime, efficiency, and operational performance - Manage spare parts availability and oversee warehouse inventory - Control the maintenance budget and identify opportunities to optimise costs - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards - Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics - Support the selection, specification, and commissioning of new equipment - Contribute to training programmes that promote best maintenance practices and effective machine operationJob details are sourced from the employer's original posting.
