Responsibilities

Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

• Manufacture, finish, inspect and pack ceramic cores
• Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment accroding to standard operating procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
• Cross train in various operational areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be reliable and able to work a full-time schedule
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).

• Citizen of the United States, or
• Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
