Experienced Automotive Salesperson, CDJRF of Morgantown, WV

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Morgantown, WV is currently seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants with proven industry experience to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across our full inventory
• Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
• Perform product presentation with customers and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
• Build lasting customer relationships through integrity and follow-through
• Product delivery – Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding dealership standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Must have at least three years of driving experience
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
