(HQ) Sales Operations & Analytics Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support on the cross-functional/regional strategic sales initiatives
• Monitor and track the project progress based on the initiatives assigned by management
• Ensure quality input and compliance in data input onto our CRM system, Salesforce.com including the account ownership, sales pipeline, activity management, sales commission application, etc.
• Responsible for resolving sales enquiries and providing guidance on sales process from Morrison regions
• Responsible for calculations and validation of sales commission payout for all sales globally
• Provide business performance review reports and monthly market updates to regional leaders in a timely manner

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistic management, economics, aviation or other related disciplines
• 3-5 years of working experience working at a sizable or multi-national company with solid experience in at least one of the following areas, project/process management, implementations, market research and sales operations
• A service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese; Fluent is English
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming language would be a plus
