Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Duties

• Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes
• Assist in inventory control, management, and orders
• Ensure daily shift tasks are managed and completed as needed each day
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times.
• Must have strong sense of urgency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Experience with food handling processes, storage, preparation, and inventory rotation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Current certification in food safety and handling is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority
