We’re looking for an Email & CRM Executive to join our busy and passionate team to help bring our customer communications to life. Reporting to the Email & CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising retention marketing activity. From building campaigns and writing engaging copy to digging into performance data and spotting new opportunities, you’ll have the chance to make a real commercial impact.

If you’re commercially minded, love great marketing and enjoy getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you. Bring the email strategy to life including supporting our testing and optimisation programme. Own the end-to-end email process , from campaign planning and product selection through to build, QA and deployment — making sure every campaign goes out on time and to the highest standard. Spot opportunities to test, learn and improve , bringing fresh ideas to how we communicate with our customers. Collaborating with different teams across the business from our graphic designers to trade managers and sharing useful and relevant insights. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant subject is preferred but not essential At least 1 year’s experience in email marketing , ideally within the retail sector Hands-on experience using an ESP to build, test and send email campaigns .

A strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in data, performance and driving revenue and profit . Exceptional attention to detail — you’ll be someone who spots the little things others might miss. Strong communication and copywriting skills , with the ability to create engaging customer-facing content. The ability to work to tight deadlines , stay calm under pressure and keep things moving. Experience using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel is desirable.

The ability to juggle multiple projects , prioritise effectively and keep organised in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, hands-on attitude — you’re a doer who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and make things happen. Most importantly, you’ll be curious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to make a difference .
