Merchandising Admin Assistant

The Merchandising team plays an integral part of the business as they ensure that we have the right products, in the right store/website, at the right time with the right quantities.  They work closely with the Buying team to plan and build the ranges taking control of stock levels to maximise profit.  We are looking for individuals with analytical minds who wants to jump start a career in Merchandising. Our entry level merchandising teams consists of Merchandising Admin Assistants and Trading Assistants, all in which share a love for numbers and analytical thinking. As this is an entry level role, our merchandising team will train and develop you so that you can have a successful career in this area.

• Run daily and weekly sales reports and distribute to the team 
• Review intake of stock for the category and manage any queries from our distribution centre to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner, highlighting any concerns to the wider team 
• Support the Assistant Merchandiser with size analysis and pricing activity 
• Maintain good systems ‘housekeeping’ within the category 
• Share best practices across the buying and merchandising community 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Good Excel knowledge 
• Excellent work ethic and great initiative 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
