As our Training Content Manager, you will:
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
- Translate complex operational, technical, and commercial information into engaging and learner-friendly content.
- Apply consultancy skills to design and develop training programmes for both virtual and face-to-face delivery.
- Create a wide range of learning materials, including:
- Training Presentations
- Content for online learning modules
- Facilitator guides
- Learner workbooks
- Process and procedure guides
- Assessments
- Scripts for videos and multimedia resources
- Develop blended learning solutions that accommodate different learning styles and audiences.
- Define learning objectives and establish measures of success for training initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, performance measures, and business outcomes.
- Work closely with our eLearning Design Team, providing content for digital learning solutions.
- Act as a trusted learning partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
- 7 years+ experience in working in a training function scoping, designing and delivering/facilitating training
- A strong track record of designing learning solutions that support business objectives.
- Experience partnering with subject matter experts to gather, challenge, and structure complex content
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience designing blended learning programmes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong consultancy, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
