Job description

Operate and monitor polyurethane robotic equipment and production machinery.
Load and position materials into equipment as required.
Monitor the robotic process to ensure proper operation and product quality.
Inspect finished mats for defects, proper size, shape, appearance, and overall quality.
Make basic equipment adjustments as directed to maintain production and quality standards.
Remove completed mats from the production line and prepare them for the next stage of production.
Identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Perform routine cleaning of the robotic equipment and surrounding work area.
Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing material waste and downtime.
Work cooperatively with other production team members and supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
