- Shift Start Time: 11:00 AM
- Shift End Time: 8:00 PM
- Communicate and coordinate with Managers, Team Leads and Coordinators in other regional Quote Centers to ensure proper global coverage and timely customer responses.
- Act as a Staff resource on processes and procedures and assist Quote personnel as needed.
- Identify and define specific training needs and/or process improvements for management review.
- Assist in the development- and implementation of new strategies and process improvements.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Products, and suppliers.
- Maintain and verify work instructions related to working quotes with specific suppliers.
- Track related statistics and measures to report, regularly, to management.
- A subject matter expert for all Mouser quoting processes.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
- Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent. Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
- Exhibits working knowledge of sales and purchasing.
- Understands profit margins, markups, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Proficient PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software
- Excellent at written and clear verbal communication on the telephone, email or in person
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
- Experience managing a team is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
