    Position Overview

    We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to join our social creative content team. This role is responsible for developing compelling, on-brand copy (for multiple brands) across a wide range of formats—including social video scripts, static content, email campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands how to tailor messaging for different platforms and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This position reports to the Senior Copywriter.

    This is a hybrid position, three days a week in office (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), based in downtown Los Angeles, California.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write engaging, platform-specific scripts and hooks for short-form and long-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube and YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads).
    • Develop copy for static posts, carousels, captions, and digital ads.
    • Write and optimize email campaigns, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
    • Contribute to brand voice development and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Partner with designers, strategists, and marketers to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
    • Review and refine copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

    Skills & Experience

      • 2–3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media.

      • Strong portfolio showcasing work across social, video, blog, email, and campaign copy

      • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

      • Ability to write in multiple tones and styles (and for multiple brands) while maintaining brand consistency.

      • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to speak and present ideas to client.

      • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

      • Working knowledge of Slack, Clickup, and Microsoft Office a plus.

    • Produce high-quality copy for social media, ads, emails, and video scripts on time.
    • Write copy that drives strong engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
    • Contribute new ideas, hooks, and variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
    • Work effectively with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
    • Maintain consistent brand voice with minimal errors and revisions

    Compensation

    The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other compensation programs.
