The Senior Software Engineer provides dedicated infrastructure and software engineering services to ensure the CLIENT’s growing portfolio of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions are securely, efficiently, and seamlessly deployed, integrated, and operated across enterprise cloud and technology platforms. Duties include: Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
Directing system installation and upgrades. Determining system specifications and requirements. Improving system performance by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Collaborating with a Joint Development Team (JDT) to ensure all work aligns with CLIENT's IT roadmap and stakeholder requirements.
