    Job description

                   Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably in a corporate or B2B/professional services setting.
    • Prior experience designing business proposals, sales presentations, or corporate decks.
    • Exposure to working in fast-paced bid or proposal environments with tight turnaround times.
    • Hands-on experience in formatting documents using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs).
    • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing images and preparing visual mock-ups.

      Skills

    • Expert-level proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Microsoft Word formatting.
    • Intermediate to good command of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus.
    • Strong eye for detail, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual storytelling.
    • Ability to interpret complex text and transform it into clean, engaging visual formats.
    • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills.
    • Open to learning new tools and adapting to evolving branding requirements.

                Knowledge

    • Strong understanding of corporate design principles and brand alignment.
    • Awareness of B2B proposal processes and visual expectations in professional service proposals.

    Basic understanding of Automotive or Technology industry domains is a plus

             Working Pattern and Location

    • Permanent
    • Monday-Friday
    • Working for from Office - Chennai
    • Open to work in 2nd Shift (13:00 to 10:00PM or similar)
    • 12 Days public holiday
    • 21 days annual leave per year
