This professional will lead business requirement gathering, functional design, and project management for key automotive commercial tools (specifically the Vehicle Maintenance Plan initiative).

The ITBP will coordinate two external DMS Consultants, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical deliverables, integrated smoothly with SAP/ERP.

    Key Responsibilities

    A. Business Alignment & Requirement Gathering

    • Lead Stakeholder Management: Work directly with the Aftersales Team, and Finance teams to capture, analyze, and document operational and commercial business requirements.
    • Functional Specification: Translate business needs into clear Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Process Flow Charts, and User Stories for the technical teams.
    • Use Case & Edge Case Definition: Map out all commercial scenarios (e.g., pricing matrices, vehicle transferability, engine type rules, warranty/fleet exceptions).

    B. Project Management & DMS Implementation

    • Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Manage and drive the day-to-day deliverables of DMS Consultants, ensuring sprints, technical design, and testing hit key milestones.
    • Project Roadmap & Steering: Define the project timeline, manage risk logs, and present progress reports in weekly meetings with Finance, Aftersales, and IT.
    • UAT & Quality Assurance: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, coordinate business testing sessions with key dealership users, and validate final sign-offs before production deployment.

    C. Technical Architecture & Integration Oversight

    • SAP / ERP & Vendor Integration: Oversee the integration scope between the DMS, SAP and CRM.
    • Future-Proofing (Dynamics Readiness): Ensure all data models, master data structures (VIN, Plan Codes), and business logic created during Phase 1 are standardized and fully prepared for the upcoming DMS transition.

    Hard Skills & Experience

    • Automotive Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive sector, with a deep understanding of Aftersales operations, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Warranty, and Workshop processes.
    • DMS / ERP Knowledge: Proven track record in DMS implementations (e.g., Incadea, Keyloop, , Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP).
    • Business Analysis & PM Frameworks: Strong background as an IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
    • Integration Understanding: Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and B2B financial flows (wholesale billing, deferred revenue recognition).

    Soft Skills & Languages

    • Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory for coordinating local business teams and global HQ/EU stakeholders).
    • Communication & Mediation: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into business language and manage high-pressure business expectations.
    • Autonomy: Strong leadership, self-driven attitude, and ability to manage external consultants without micromanagement.
