- 3-5+ years experience working in web development, bonus if experience is within a media organization, advertising, digital ad organization
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and how to develop solutions oriented design.
- Design and write web pages with a combination of codes (e.g., HTML5/PHP/CSS3/JavaScript)
- experience required
- Proficiency working with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Wordpress
- Programs web pages working with databases and programming languages to perform back-end work (i.e., MySQL, PHP) and ecommerce
- Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to be self motivated and to work well in both a team setting and independently.
- Maintain and develop the company’s intranet and SalesForce databases and applications
- Able to take on responsibility and make decisions based on company policy

- Familiar with software and web development
- Ability to write scripts
- Experience with continuous integration
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
