Mission:
- Support the activities of the outbound and inbound channels for campaign execution aimed at reducing churn and increasing customers’ spend
Description:
- Provide support in monitoring and tracking campaign performance over campaign lifecycle
- Support the inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for the purpose of campaign execution, deployment and evaluation
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing for the new BTL offers
- Assist in developing and executing Below The Line campaigns with the aim of generating incremental revenue and reducing churn on the network
- Provide support in writing, editing and proofreading campaign scripts to ensure the best and effective marketing communication is achieved to drive campaign uptake and improved campaign success rate
- Analyse outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance
- Support the Campaign Management systems and channels
Education:
- First degree in any related discipline
- Fluent in English
Experience:
3 - 7 years’ experience which includes
- Experience working with others in a medium sized organization (Campaign Management, Customer Service, BTL Communications etc.)
- Experience in Database in telecommunications industry
- Expertise in experimental test design
- Demonstrable reporting & analytical skills
- Good understanding of customer data analysis
