Job Title: Senior Analyst – Distribution & Channels
Reporting to: Senior Manager – Distribution & Channels

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
The Senior Analyst – Distribution & Channels will provide strategic and operational analytics, reporting, performance insights and execution support to strengthen MTN MoMo Uganda’s distribution ecosystem. The role exists to enable data-driven decision-making across liquidity management, agent operations, channel quality, agent onboarding and gaps filling, rebalancing performance, field execution, compliance, customer experience and commercial growth.
The role holder will work closely with Business Intelligence, Sales & Distribution/ One sales organization, Agent Quality Management, Finance Operations, Technology, Products, Risk & Compliance, Dealers, Super Agents, Banks and other channel partners to ensure timely visibility of performance, identification of operational gaps, tracking of interventions and efficient delivery of float and cash to the agent network across the country.
