Associate Seller Support Consultant

The Associate Seller Support Consultant provides initial/tier one support to customers data and files via email, live chat, etc., by handling inquiries and basic product-related documents and data.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Identify and assess if documents are missing from files.
• Input verbiage into system for clients that are missing documents.
• Give DDV visibility once file is reviewed and not missing critical documents.
• Verify data extracted for reports is correct before being sent to 3rd party. 
• Record errors in a tracking system to have updated.
• Close tickets in the system that are issued from emails.
• Prepare files to print and ship from office 3 days a week. 

Required Skills & Abilities:

General knowledge of industry documents, mTrade’s products and services, policies, terms and conditions.

Position Requirements:

This full-time position requires working from mTrade's office 2 - 3 days p/week.
