    Job description

Retire360, part of MUFG Pension & Market Services, partners with some of Australia’s largest and most recognisable superannuation funds to deliver high‑quality, member‑centric financial advice.

In this role, you’ll apply your deep superannuation and advice expertise to help Australians make informed decisions about their retirement — all within a mature, well‑supported, telephone‑based advice model that prioritises quality, balance, and professional standards.

This is an opportunity to influence member outcomes at scale, mentor developing advisers, and work in an environment where advice quality, compliance and client care are genuinely valued.

    About the role

As a Financial Adviser within our Intra‑Fund Advice Team, you will deliver high‑quality, compliant advice to members over the phone. All appointments are pre‑qualified and booked for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best — providing clear, practical advice that improves member confidence and outcomes.

You will work closely with paraplanning, technical, administration and compliance teams, ensuring advice is efficient, accurate and aligned to best‑practice standards.

    Key responsibilities

    Your day‑to‑day will include:

    • Delivering simple, high‑quality intra‑fund and retirement advice to superannuation fund members via telephone
    • Conducting structured needs analysis to understand member circumstances, goals and objectives
    • Translating complex superannuation and retirement concepts into clear, easy‑to‑understand guidance
    • Completing online fact finds and maintaining accurate, compliant client records
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal referral sources and stakeholders
    • Working collaboratively with paraplanners, technical specialists and compliance teams to ensure advice quality
    • Supporting and mentoring junior advisers where appropriate
    • Operating within a structured advice environment while adapting to regulatory and business change

    About you

You are an experienced financial adviser who is passionate about helping people make better financial decisions and thrives in a structured, client‑focused advice environment.

    You will bring:

    • 1–3+ years’ experience in a financial advice role, ideally within superannuation or retirement advice
    • Strong technical knowledge across core financial advice disciplines
    • A client‑first mindset with a commitment to best‑practice advice delivery
    • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and analytical capability
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining advice quality
    • Confidence working in a telephone‑based advice model
    • A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring or supporting developing advisers

    Mandatory requirements

    • Meets FASEA education requirements (or near completion) including a relevant degree
    • Passed the FASEA Standards Authority Ethics Examination
    • RG146 compliant with evidence of completed CPD
    • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
    • Full Australian working rights

Retire360 is a Professional Partner of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

    What we offer

    • Flexible working hours with a genuine focus on work/life balance
    • Competitive remuneration package
    • Reimbursement for ongoing study and professional development
    • Corporate gym membership access
    • All advice appointments pre‑vetted and booked for you
    • Strong support infrastructure including paraplanning, technical, admin and compliance teams
    • A mature, established advice model with clear processes and governance

    Why Retire360?

At Retire360, quality advice comes first. You’ll be part of a professional, collaborative environment where advisers are supported to deliver great outcomes — without the pressure of sourcing clients or managing excessive admin.

This is a role where experienced advisers can focus on meaningful member engagement, develop others, and maintain balance while continuing to build their career in a respected advice business.
