The 2026-27 faculty grid for this position is $75,461 to $116,035 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Master's will be paid at a higher range. There is also the potential for a leadership role.

Mulgrave School is seeking an inspiring and experienced Theatre Teacher to lead our Senior School theatre programme and play a central role in the continued growth of our Performing Arts programme from Grades 6–12.
This is an opportunity to do much more than teach theatre. You’ll build a vibrant theatre culture, mentor emerging performers and creators, collaborate with colleagues, and lead students in ambitious productions that extend well beyond the classroom.
