Are you an organised administrator who enjoys supporting people, keeping things running smoothly, and making a genuine difference behind the scenes? Join our growing Ageing Services team and play an important role in helping older Australians access the support they need to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

    • Respond to client, stakeholder and team enquiries professionally and promptly
    • Support reporting, data entry, compliance activities and documentation management
    • Provide general administrative support to the Ageing Services team and regional operations

    Why Join Allinto?

    • Meaningful work supporting older Australians to remain independent at home
    • Full-time opportunity with a growing and purpose-driven organisation
    • Full NFP salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay
    • Ongoing learning, development and career progression opportunities
    • Access to our Employee Assistance Program for confidential wellbeing support
    • Savings on groceries, fuel, shopping and everyday essentials with access to a wide range of employee discounts
    • Work alongside passionate professionals who genuinely care about making a difference

    Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office support role
    • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience using CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within established processes
    • A proactive, organised and team-focused approach to work
    • Experience within aged care, health, community services or a regulated environment is highly regarded
