Delivery Lead - Enterprise Initiatives

About the Role

As our Delivery Lead – Enterprise Initiatives, you'll take ownership of multiple cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.

You'll work closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners to shape solutions, manage priorities, navigate complexity and ensure initiatives deliver real value. This is a visible and influential role where you'll be empowered to lead outcomes, challenge thinking and continuously improve the way we deliver.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can balance structure with pragmatism, applying the right delivery approach to the situation rather than following process for process' sake.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Lead complex business, technology and transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation and operational transition.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders and priorities while maintaining delivery momentum and visibility.
• Facilitate planning, prioritisation, backlog management, reviews and delivery governance activities.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks before they impact delivery outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams and vendors to drive alignment, accountability and continuous improvement.

You know how to build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate meaningful conversations and keep initiatives moving forward. You're comfortable operating across business and technology environments, managing competing priorities and making progress even when all the answers aren't immediately available.

More than anything, you're proactive, adaptable and solution-focused. You enjoy working in a modern delivery environment where collaboration, curiosity and outcomes matter more than hierarchy.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading business, technology, systems integration, digital or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within agile, hybrid or modern delivery environments.
• Knowledge of delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
• Strong planning, risk management and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, commercially minded and outcomes-focused approach to delivery.

Highly Regarded Qualifications

• Agile Certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP or similar)
• SAFe Certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Relevant qualification in Business, Technology or a related discipline

What You Need to Apply

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex initiatives across business, technology or transformation environments.
