Infrastructure Manager

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Manager or Senior Infrastructure Specialist ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Join our close-knit IT team in a permanent full-time Brisbane CBD position, leading a team of five while supporting a modern cloud-first environment across 220+ sites throughout Australia's eastern seaboard. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with project leadership, driving infrastructure strategy, cyber security initiatives and continuous improvement across a large, geographically dispersed organisation. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading infrastructure projects, upgrades and strategic improvement initiatives
• Driving cyber security enhancements across cloud, identity and endpoint platforms
• Providing technical leadership and Level 3 escalation support to the team
• Managing and optimise Microsoft Azure, cloud services and enterprise infrastructure
• Mentoring a team of around 5 IT professionals while fostering a collaborative culture

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading infrastructure projects in complex cloud environments
• Strong Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure and identity management expertise
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, controls and best practices
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, EDR, NDR, ZTNA or related technologies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an Infrastructure Manager, Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
• Relevant industry certifications, tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
• Right to work in Australia
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Occasional travel between sites as required
