About the Role:

Embark on a fantastic journey as a Regional Manager overseeing the delivery of our existing services and championing the development of opportunities in Critical Supports Team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining and expanding Multicap’s customer base for disability services in the region. Your mission is to ensure services not only meet customer needs but also align with the organisation’s core purpose, delivering exceptional quality outcomes.

What will you be doing?

· Strategic Management: Spearheading disability services in the Critical Supports Team, ensuring alignment with NDIS standards and exceptional customer outcomes.

· Team Structure: You manage and inspire a team of Service Managers.

· Financial Acumen: Strong financial management and literacy are essential as you will be overseeing budgeting and financial responsibilities.

· Quality Assurance: Upholding our organisation's core purpose while maintaining high service standards.

· Community Engagement: Developing and fostering robust relationships within the disability community.

About you:

· Experience: You will have substantial experience in the industry, ideally with a background in disability and health.

· Leadership: You are a strong, mature leader which will be essential to guide a young, developing team. Your ability to have difficult conversations and provide mentorship will be crucial.

· Growth Mindset: You will be focussed on growth and change leadership skills to drive success in a rapidly growing region.

· Motivation: You will have high-energy and be a motivated leader who is ready to dive in and get things done!

What will you need to get started?

· Qualifications: Qualifications in social care/allied health.

· Expertise: Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in health, disability, mental health, or related human services.

· Credentials: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, and up to date First Aid & CPR certification.
