At Open Minds, we’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to provide Community Access and In-Home Support services across the Sunshine Coast, working between Nambour and Currimundi. Offering part-time opportunities, you'll support clients to build independence, achieve their goals, and stay connected to their local community. No two days are the same. You may be assisting with daily living tasks in the home, supporting clients to attend appointments, facilitating community participation, or providing meaningful companionship that makes a real difference in someone’s life.
